Returns and Refunds

Most LibraryRealm products are made to order and/or personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or spelling and personalization details submitted by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our store contact form. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If tracking shows an order as delivered but it is missing, please first check the address, surrounding delivery area, household members, and the shipping carrier. Contact us if further help is needed.

Please do not send an item back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
